I stayed at the Haven Ipoh, Tambun, Perak on 8-10 October 2025 for a meeting. The hotel is located next to a limestone outcrop, and the foothill of the limestone outcrop has a beautiful lake. So, I spend some time to survey the dragonflies and damselflies at the lake during my stay at the hotel. A total of 11 dragonfly/damselfly species were observed - three were damselflies and eight were dragonflies. Here is the checklist of the species for the Haven Ipoh:

Pseudagrion microcephalum, Prodasineura humeralis, Brachythemis contaminata and Neurothemis fluctuans were found in abundant at the lake. The interesting species observed from the lake is Chalybeothemis chini.
