 I visited again the Tasik Kejuruteraan UKM on 17 April 2024 to survey the Odonata at the lake. I managed to record a few more species to the list for the lake. Click here to view the previous survey for the lake.

Odonata of Tasik Kejuruteraan UKM

Tasik Kejuruteraan UKM is a nice lake located in the UKM Bangi Campus, next to the buildings of Fakulti Kejuruteraan dan Alam Bina. The lake is accessible and well maintained. Walkaways are built to surround the lake. The place is facilitated with parking lots for the visitors. A good number of dragonflies and damselflies are present at the lake. It is a good site for dragonfly watching.

Odonata of Taman Tasik Cempaka

Taman Tasik Cempaka is located at the heart of Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor. It is not far from Kajang, the town where I stay.

I visited to Taman Tasik Cempaka for the very first time on 2 March 2024. I strolled around the lake in the late morning to survey the dragonflies/damselflies. To my disappointment, I spotted only 5 Odonata species at the lake.
